Mimaland Redevelopment, Kuala Lumpur
Planning Design Proposal
Mimaland was the first theme park in Malaysia located off Jalan Gombak closed down in 1994, with the site since vacant. This redevelopment proposal cover several lot totaling 314 acres of land comprise of residential, commercial, entertainment, and instituitional zone aiming to be a destination for eco-medical tourism.
K2 Multi-purpose Hall
Design Development
This project was commissioned by a primary school Board of Director, with office offering pro bono services to construct a multi-purpose hall on top of the existing open car park. The multi-purpose hall will double as a banquet hall to host different occasions and events, providing another stream of income for the school.
